This place was awesome! My friend got towed here after breaking down on the highway. They advertise as a collision shop, but they do auto repair as well.Very friendly and took care of my friends vehicle the same day, even stayed after hours to get her back on the road. Very professional. Nice clean wonderful place. I will recommend this place to my family.or anyone near this area. Thank you guys.

If you believe in miracles, then I have one to share. I live in Ft. WALTON Beach, FL. I was on my way to Ft. Myers to visit my friends, when all of a sudden the van I was driving lost power. So I called a Mobil mechanic and got it fixed, I thought. 5 miles later all heck broke loose. Ended up sleeping in the van. So this morning my friends came up to help me decide what to do. We went to Trinity Collision and spoke to the owner. He got right on it and promised to have it fixed today. They actually worked over to get me on the road. I can't praise them enough!!! He also kept me informed the whole time. Definitely a rare gem. I am forever grateful. Thanks again, from a single 68 yr old woman

We had our catalytic convertor stolen from our car and we picked Trinity Collision as one of our insurance companies preferred shops.I now see why they are a preferred shop! Service is OUTSTANDING, for 2 months we called to check on the status of our car. Every time we were treated with empathy and any update they could give us. Our car took long because of the parts not the service. As soon as he had an estimated date Josh called and gave us the good news with an expected time of when it would be repaired. He exceeded that time frame!All around, honest, good, quality service! I would recommend this whole team to everyone!

I had my Acura repaired here after an accident. I initially met with the owner, John, and he made a good first impression. Explaining the process, timeline, parts ordering, etc. I was confident that he would make good on his word... and he did. I mostly dealt with Joe throughout the process. Joe was great. Very personable and good on communicating with me on updates. They did a great job on the body work and paint on the car. I would highly recommend Trinity Collision to others and if/when I should need services again, I would definitely return to them.

I did not realize my van needed a Braun Ability part rather than a Dodge part. Your staff was accommodating and knowledgeable.

I have had a few of my vehicles repaired here over the years, both business and personal and have been extremely happy with the outcome. The communication and honesty with John has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if needed in the future.

I cannot say enough about this business from the outstanding customer service to the finished product if I could give them a 10 star I would. I was in a rear ended accident on December 18 in my 2023 Kia Forte and I truly thought my car would never be the same, and I was wrong. My car looks like nothing ever happened. The attention to detail was phenomenal. If you ever need any repairs done to your car I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Collision.

Fortunately, I don't need a body shop very often ?. Trinity Collision came highly recommended and I chose it after being charged by a large deer. My new car only had 1700 miles on it and it had to be done right. I'm an old "gearhead" and can usually spot body work a mile away. This shop deserves 10 stars. The repair was nothing short of amazing. All seams were lined up perfectly and the paint was flawless. There was no overspray mess anywhere and the vehicle was presented back to me as-new. The owner is a US military veteran and is a pleasure to deal with. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. A+++

Completely satisfied with our experience. Our car looks good as new, and they kept us informed throughout the process, and well within our insurance rental time frame. It was a stressful time for us especially with it being around Thanksgiving, but they took all the stress out of it!

We had a great experience with Trinity Collision. The repairs looked like new, they were fast and communicated well during the time they had our vehicle. Completely night and day compared to a previous shop we used for collision repair. The staff was always professional and friendly. The car was detailed before pick up and looked great! Would definately recommend this shop!

(Un)fortunately had to take my truck in after being rear ended. John and Hunter inspected the vehicle and told me what the process was likely going to be on Geico’s side. They were spot on. The geico claims people were familiar with Trinity Collisions work and reputation and work hand in hand with them. Unfortunately, my truck wasn’t able to be repaired and was totaled out but, the Trinity Collision team made the process very smooth.This is the ONLY collision center I will ever go to! They have a customer for life! (And seeing that my oldest is about to start driving, I’m sure they will see me more often).
