Recently moved to the area and have had to use the post office several times for various things. This location has very nice, friendly, and helpful employees! Each time I've been, I haven't had to wait very long to get my packages shipped. Such a marked improvement from the usps offices near where I used to live that I felt like adding a review here! Thanks team, keep up the great work.

I had an outstanding experience today at the Odessa, Florida Post Office. The staff who assisted me were exceptionally kind, attentive, and clear with all the information I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered and every need was met. Their professionalism and genuine care created a truly pleasant and positive customer experience. Employees like them are the reason organizations grow and succeed, they make all the difference. Thank you for such excellent service!

I’ve visited this USPS location a few times before to mail letters, and I’ve always been assisted by Bryan, who is a kind and helpful person. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there on my most recent visit. I was returning a package (this was my first time doing so at USPS, as I usually use UPS), and I thought they would print the label for me. When I handed the package to the woman behind the counter, she asked for the label, and when I inquired if I could print it there, she rudely told me she couldn't do that and handed the box back to me.
I went to UPS to print the label and returned to USPS to give another woman the package. This time, the box wasn’t taped (which was my mistake). I assumed they’d be able to tape it for me, as I’ve seen employees do this in the past. However, the woman looked at me with disdain and told me I could purchase tape. I agreed, and after buying the tape, she started taping the box. I told her I’d do it myself (at this point, I didn’t want her touching anything), and she agreed, saying that it was preferable. I sarcastically responded, “I’m sure you do,” and she muttered something to the male worker nearby that I couldn’t make out.
While she was very rude to me, she was polite to the elderly white customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a USPS location, and I’ll never return to this one. I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so upset by the treatment I received that I felt compelled to share. I’m sorry if I had expectations that they would print labels and tape packages for me, but this was my first time using USPS for returns. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me, or I would have mentioned it here.
Their salaries are paid by us taxpayers. They should consider being nice/respectful to everyone.

Unfortunately, we have had problems with this post office for years now. There is a nice guy there named Bryan Who genuinely tries to help. However, the supervisors and managers are very unprofessional and toxic. If we receive our mail, It is opened, wet, and you can never count on a specific time you will receive it. We have been missing checks, packages, and not to mention many other issues. We were told today that we would no longer get any packages delivered to our home because our road is not safe for deliveries. The actual real reason is we have complained and they are now retaliating. They are actually refusing to deliver packages to us and inserting comments in the tracking section that we asked them to hold the packages back however they’re not even letting us know that the packages are at the post office. We truly hope that the Postmaster general and the Board of governors will look into the operations at this post office and fix the discrimination that is occurring. By the way, if you file a complaint, it goes directly to them and they police themselves. They do not even respond to the complaint’s they receive. Last time I checked, their salaries were paid by the taxpayers, but maybe something has changed?

Rain sleet and snow isn’t impressive when you’re incompetent at your jobs
Specifically the person who delivers mail to the hemming way house
I don’t get why mailmen are so petty, they have a good job
