Absolutely love yoga six and this location but giving only 2 stars because they don’t really have many sculpt and flow classes :( begging y6 for more sculpt and flow/late night options for those of us who get off after 6pm

I love taking Sculpt & Flow with Susan. The class is challenging with a mix of weight training & yoga, but I leave each time feeling renewed and refreshed. Such a nice way to start the day. The studio is always clean and staff is very welcoming and informative. Love Y6!!

Run! This Yoga Six is a far cry from the facility in San Diego from start to finish. More tomorrow.
