“This is at least the 5th time that I've rented or returned a truck or trailer. After several very unpleasant experiences with the guys up North of Lady Lake and that towing place, I'd have had enough with U haul. This is how business should be. But to tell you the truth, there is very little signage, and I don't think U haul even know this guy exists. All I can say is great experience from one of the nicest guys I have ever met, who runs a business in this area.”

“It's the ryder closest to my work. First time in, they jumped right in to help and get it fixed. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. From the check in desk to my mechanic Aaron, i definitely prefer this shop over many others I've been to! Whatever the work atmosphere is, I hope management can keep it up. Appreciate you guys.
Now here for a 2nd time, and absolutely applaud these folks. From Karen at the desk to the mechanics, yall have my appreciation. Now if only the management could train other facilities to be like this one!

“This is a easy to find Penske U-Haul rental dealership. It is on 441 South and villages. The one problem I have is when we went to return our truck, the store was closed prior to the closing hours. The store is not open at all on Sunday. This makes it inconvenient for returning trucks when moving on the weekends, which is the most common time to move in my opinion.”
“Filled up my RV propane stationary tank here. It was easy to drive in and out, plenty of room to park. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable, no waiting. I was able to pay right at the pump and on my way quickly.”
“Absolutely wonderful! Arrived 10 minutes after closing and David stayed late to swap out our vehicle which had a problem. He was very kind and helpful! Saved us from having to drive all the way back to Orlando!”
