Drove up to the window teller to ask her to change a hundred dollar bill so I could go across the street to vacuum out my truck, she asked me if I was member of their bank I said no she said she couldn't cash it, I never heard of a bank refusing to make change for a person, I asked to talk to the manager, I sat there a good 5 minutes and nobody came to the window, so I went next door to Dunkin Donuts and they cashed it, this bank is very unfriendly.

I switched to USB a little while ago from one of the larger national banks. What a difference, it’s really great to be treated like an actual person. They have the nicest staff and are extremely welcoming. Opening an account was easy and quick. If you are thinking of changing banks, you should talk with USB and give them a try.

Very nice helpful man took me to his desk the moment I walked in!! Spent a lot of time with me!! I like the fact there are many branches I see when I drive around Florida!!

Worst bank in Florida. They won't help you. They don't care about you. I've had Wells Fargo since before they switched over and it's been great but any bank is better than this one.

I switched banks to United Southern from one of the big banks and couldn't be happier. It is actually my stepfather's account which I handle for him the service is excetionale.

Great bank! Employees are friendly, helpful and very professional. Many banking options with low to no fees. Plenty of locations.

I absolutely love this local bank. The office staff is very helpful, especially with new bankers. They take the time educate every person who walks through the door. You are not just another bank account number at United Southern! If you want to bank locally go with USB and you will absolutely love doing business with them.
