Unbelievable cruelty on the hermit crabs sold here. No sand. No larger shells to move into. No water. These crabs need humid environments with water. Nevermind that according to LSE and a growing body of science crabs are sentient. Awful. Cannot believe clothing store is partaking in this.

Website stated was open till 10 PM. When we got here, half of us got locked out due to a staff member female stating that they were closed or closing already even though it states otherwise, multiple cars pulled in and out trying to access the building weirdly, some could get in and some could not, but somebody was taking out trash, so I'm. Assuming they left the door open. If you're not going to stay open until 10, you really need to update your websites. Especially for people who do not live in florida and make a trip, especially forty five minutes down the road just to come to the specific shop

The people inside are friendly, but that's it. Big sign advertising Demolition Sale and that Everything Must Go. Also a big sign mentioning up to 75% off. Also a sign for an End of Season Sale. Only a small handful of Clearance racks in the store even existed and one of those had long sleeve clothing...the seasons ending are the warm ones, not the cold one! Also many items didn't have prices on them.

The website has the wrong closing time on it and when I arrived there was someone at the door telling me they were closed by waving his hand across his neck. Rude and won’t go there now

The employees are rude here. I asked for a fitting room for my boys, and the employee rolled her eyes to get the keys. She was talking on the phone the entire time with an ear piece. The cashiers were also rude. Ours definitely did not want to be there and acted disturbed when we wanted to check out. They also don’t let customers use their restroom. My son had to go really bad and they didn’t let him. It’s not like it’s a shopping center or by the beach. There’s no reason I should drive to another business to use the restroom when I am shopping at your location.

Good Stock, High Prices and No Sales
There’s a big sign out front saying “75% off, everything must go.” Obviously I’ve seen this kind of marketing before and didn’t expect everything to be on sale, but I thought at least some items would be. The best sale I could find was only around 25% off, and on very few items. One employee admitted the sign was a lie to draw people in.
They do have some quality items with a large variety and a lot of stock. But prices are pretty high. Some employees were friendly and helpful, but others just ignored us or gave short answers and walked away.
