I’ve been an Aaron’s customer for over 5 years and Raheem is very unprofessional, he is rude, won’t let you talk about YOUR account! Showing up at our house unauthorized on a Saturday. I’ve never had a problem like this. Anthony & Jesse are great tho!

Antonio was very unprofessional and very rude . Said for over a week he would have someone come pick up a bed that someone who stayed with me moved out and left amd for over a week of repeatedly telling me he would send someone everyday to come get it lied to the regional manager about saying he didn't have my address when it was on file and he repeated it back to me every day. The regional manager was also very rude and disrespectful. Both should not be working in customer service and will never get my business. No stars at all

I was happy,happy to find such a nice and VERY knowledgeable sales person..She was kind and considerate and that's just what I needed...She answered all my questions about washer and dryers.. I've never had to go.pick out a washer and dryer when one broke my husband magucly had one back there..So I was amazed that washers now play music. Lol?? SO thanks Marissa for the better than great experience.. You are very personable and exceptional in what you do ...I hope Aaron's knows what a GEM they have in you!! Renting from Aaron's is ok but if you can't pay and tell them to come get it the guy Jose Rodriguez who picks up is rude. We told him hold on we are disconnecting it. He proceeded to bang on the door yelling and screaming I called the store and told them look we are trying to disconnect it unless you want me to rip it off the wall he needs to chill . Jose proceeded to call the cops and even when we finished unmounting it and tried to give it to him he refused and said he was waiting for the cops

I had leased a bed set with dresser and foundation box spring I never received it and I try to call and they don't answer or they hang up on you. Plus they took the money out of my account before I actually received my item. I will not recommend this place to my friends

Definitely don't go behind not even a week these guys will unprofessionally screaming your name stand in the middle of the road like a bad break up...very rude not professional at all....

If I didn't have a product to finish paying for I will never come back. Customer service is horrible, employees will argue with customers over payments, and no one ever answers the phone. Pretty sad I have to call the place where my equipment is being serviced to get an update on when I will have it back after a month being gone.
