Well let's see. My sales man's was to come out on a Wed no time given for him to show. Wed came and went with no show and no call. Next day I called the office and was.told the salesmen make there own schedules and that he would call. Finally I got a call and he finally showed up on that Thursday. Dumb me decided to go with the company for the installation. I paid the half down(deposit on 7/22/22). It took a week to get the papers to sign for them to pull the permit and to file the notice of commitment with the court. Another two weeks go by with no contact from them. (I called a few times). Finally I got a call to set the installation date for 9/9/22. Got a call the week before to reschedule, because the installer was not going to be in that day. So got scheduled for the following week 9/16/22. In the meantime I kept asking if it was going to be able to be completed in one day, because I have 4 dogs and can't let the run if it was not finished. I kept getting it should be. Finally get the fence installed, and which I can honestly say they were excellent. They showed up just before 8am and removed the old fence and had the new one in and finished by 1:30pm. Only down fall is that they did not have the gate caps for my 4 gates. They told my husband the sales man would come out and put them on. Shocker no call or communication from him. In the meantime i get an email for the final payment. I wrote back saying the job is incomplete because of the missing caps and the final inspection for the permit had not been done. The next week the inspector approved it and the salesman came out with 4 caps when I need 8. So wait again. In the meantime on of my gates will not latch properly. Finally get my last 4 caps. Called to the office since I didn't see the salesman when he put the last caps on to tell them about the gates. That call was on 10/6. Was told that they would call the next day which didn't happen and no one showed. Called today 10/12. Hope to have it done soon

Where do I start. I had Jason come out for a quote a few months ago and told him I had a hole on my post and wire fence and need the front part of my fecne replaced because I did not want my dog to get out or other critters to get in.He gave me a quote for replacing the front fencing, about 200 feet with chain link. He told me if I pulled the permit it would be faster. We pulled the permit and still had to wait 2 months for them to come out. They were scheduled for April 28th and I told him I had to coordinate with my stump grinder guy. I called a week ahead to make sure we were all set and they said we were. Well the 28th came and no one showed up. I called the office several times and no one knew what was going on. I cancelled the stump grinder and did not hear back from them until 2 days later. they set the new instilation for April 30th. The company came out and took all day putting it up. I work from home and did not have time to go out and babysit them. When they were packing up I went outside and noticed the fence did not touch the ground and when I taped the wire on the bottom with my toe it came off leaving the entire 200 feet of fence open for anything to come on my property or leave like my dog. They crew said they were done and there was nothing they could do. They did take my old posts from my old fence and lay them accross the bottom of the fence to stop my dog from getting out. They did not thnk it was a problem that the fence did not touch the ground. I made several phone calls Friday and this morning and still no response. I would not reccomend this company. My husbandand I could have done a better job and I have no idea if they are coming back or what they are going to do. do yourself a favor and call someone else.Update-They did come back and fix the fence and did a very good job resolving the problem. They told me when COVID hit they were slamed and had to rush the job but in the end I am very satisfied with the work.Service: Chain-link fence

The workers are polite and prompt. Customer service is great. The work is good. The price is ridiculous. To repair a small area less than 30 feet with less than $100 of materials and a total of 15 minutes work, the charge was for almost $700.
