Ordered our RV battery twice. (Diehard Platinum)Got old battery 1st time. 2nd battery didn't come in shipment & we had to leave on RV trip to So Fla for Christmas holidays. So gave us our old battery back(core) & our money back & we limped to Ft Lauderdale & bought a Duracell RV Deep Cycle Closed battery at Batteries+Bulbs. This is what we originally had & it lasted 5 years. Sorry Diehard.

I want to express my graciousness to Jeff the manager of this advance Auto parts next to the Wawa. I originally came in without a receipt unable to find it to receive my money back on the part I bought the day before. I was told I could not without a receipt and that there was no way to offer me anything but store credit at the time I didn't need store credit I needed my money back. While there I was not treated nicely let's put it that way and I was not happy about it I contacted corporate and corporate was able to pull my receipt and try to get me my money back upon calling the store back once again the person that I spoke with who was not so nice to me proceeded to not be so nice to the lady from corporate and I still never received my money back. The employee proceeded to contact Jeff the manager and let him in on what had happened. Jeff contacted me and I went in and spoke with Jeff was very kind and courteous and said he was going to try to order the correct part for me and he would even honor the price of the price that I paid for the part that was wrong. And we could do an exchange. He said if I could find a receipt it would certainly make it a lot easier that he could give me my money back if not he would be happy to exchange the proper part and correct part for me. I went in and fortunately I was able to find my receipt needless to say Jeff went out of his way to be so kind and friendly as to take care of me that he won my business back and I just wanted to correct my previous review and let you know that it has been handled and that Jeff the manager of this advance Auto parts took very good care of me and made me a happy customer after having such a bad experience thanks Jeff
