Our local store has always had the personal touch that reminds me of days gone by. Impeccable customer service, product knowledge, patience and convenience… I couldn’t imagine my home furnishing needs being served by anything but my local Badcock… a sincere pleasure to do business with them!

My experience with this store was horrible. They delivered my bed damaged and improperly installed the bed. I am furious. This is ridiculous. Please think before you spend your hard earned money here. This location is not good.

Jason was screaming at me on the phone, totally unprofessional. I've literally had my 2300 washer and dryer for 5 days and it's making a noise and he advised me they could come pick it up and charge me 25% restocking fee. NEVER WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BADCOCK AGAIN.
