It's sad to say that my experience with Okeechobee's service department has left me wondering how they pide themselves on being a hometown business with great service. To me this is hands down the worst service I have ever had on a piece of equipment. Enough for me to say they will not see me doing business with them ever again!

Really didn’t know what I needed, talked with Chet several times and inundated him with questions. He was very responsive and walked me through everything. Very happy with my 3032E and Bush Hog finish mower. Actually everyone I have dealt with in the Okeechobee store including the parts department have been super helpful. Awesome job you all. Will definitely be doing business there for all my yard and outdoor needs!
