I was able to get in touch with Michael Pulley late yesterday afternoon (Sat). We had a tankless water heater not working. He understood our situation and sent his "on call" man over. What a guy Brad was! Despite a cool damp evening with the daylight gone, he plowed through - talking and smiling the whole time . Didn't rush, but instead was extremely thorough and meticulous and informative. A couple of hours later we had hot water AND a new plumbing company for the future. We are fans!

They came out and fixed my water heater today for half of what I was quoted by another company. They were quick, polite, honest, and did a great job! I would highly recommend them!
