I’d give them zero stars if I could. They are not experienced at repairing. They only want to sell you something. Took it in twice and they still didn’t repair our golf cart after being there five days the second time. We took it somewhere else and they had it done within three hours. Don’t take your Yamaha golf cart there.

Had Line-X put in my truck and John made the whole process quick and easy. Dropped it off in the morning and it was done by lunch. Came out looking great!

I had a factory OE 5th wheel package installed here. I could not be more satisfied. My service advisor Josh was extremely helpful in ordering the part I needed. The service department was extremely professional covering my new f350s bulkhead and the installation only took a few hours. I highly recommend Gilbert outdoors to install or order parts for your Ford vehicle.

Had to get lawnmower blades. Everyone was nice and helpful. The place was super clean. I really like the fact if someone new came out and an employee isn't there with you, they make sure to ask if you've been helped or need something else.

The customer service could be improved upon. Except for Chad he was the most helpful. They did do a good job on my window tint, the linex looks good but they did scratch my truck.*Just wanted say Chad contacted me and we got the situation corrected. I'm glad we could get this straightened out. If you do go to Gilbert Outdoors speak to Anthony or Chad they will get things done for you.

I was skeptical of Hustler brand. However looking at the scag and John deere equivalent (54" with kawasaki) both scag and John deere are $2300 more. Chad is a good dude. No pressure from him at all. Answered question without roundabout answers. Credit process quick and easy through Sheffield financial ( which if you owe 100 a month and pay 300 it count towards the next 2 months payments) The 54" raptor is a beast of a mower. Its like if you put mower blades on a supercharged mini Cooper s. I cut my grass and I don't have too. Literally cut an acre and 1/3 in about 30 minutes. With roughly 25 oaks and pines. Great mower, great price, great sercive, no hassle equals happy costumer for life.....

The best riding lawnmower ever bought was my Hustler. No sales pressure or didnt try to convince me to buy what i didnt need. The Kawasaki motor is awesome and takes welcome beating for my large property. Every 50 hrs i take my mower in for maintenance or when my cables are warn for replacement with quick service. If your shopping go no further. These professionals have your back.
