By far the worst customer service . Dude is to busy talking to his co worker to help me out with anything instead keeps telling me to check a different aisle after the next. And after 8 times . It’s just about ridiculous.

This store has a preplan way to get rid of defective pumps by advising you that they will not take a pump back if it dies not work they are aware the pumps are in open boxes probably returns from others, not all customers will go through the trouble of contacting the manufacturer- a win for them!! This is a SCAM and needs to be investigated.

Purchased transfer pump got home tried it out and it did not work drove 24 miles back to the store to be told it could not be returned because the box was open. At this point out $80 and the manager Marc simply can not do a thing sice its company policy. WOW!! I FEEL ROBBED!! TO PUT IT NICELY. I hope you fokes see this before you purchase at this store.
