I was getting my oxygen supplies from a different company and I was always having issues with the equipment breaking down. I was even accused of sabotaging the equipment. Since I transferred to Lincare I haven't had an issues with the equipment and the staff has been exceptional. They have done a great job and as far as I am concerned they can't be beat. I just wish that they could hurry up and get me the portable concentrator that I requested.

It has been rare to get in touch with anyone by telephone. I've called on two occasions while waiting across the street in my car. Both times I got the answering machine and listened to music for twenty minutes. No one went in or out and the business was open. After 20 minutes I hung up the phone and went to the business to make sure it was upon. It was open and had no customers inside. One female employee with black hair is very abrasive with you and makes you feel like you are bothering her. She appears not to like her job. Very unfriendly.

Dealing with Lincare (supplies and billing) has been difficult to say the least. The bright spot is the local Okeechobee office. Diana is a fountain of information. And the rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly.

My grandma has been a customer of the Lincare in Okeechobee for many years. Over the past 2 years they have had new staffing and have tremendously changed for the better. The manager Sam is very caring and always willing to help anyone. She has opened the doors for me on a Saturday to give me oxygen supplies for my grandma, and she goes above and beyond every time we need assistance. She is always available to her customers and treats us respectfully at all times unlike the previous manager Amy or Amanda, I think. I wanted to transfer my grandma to another oxygen company but I am so happy that I did not since Sam has become the manager. The company should really be grateful of her like we are.

I called and spoke with Sam on 04/23/21 at 3:45pm at the local Okeechobee, FL - Lincare branch for my Mother who was flying out of North Carolina on Friday. It was discovered that the O2 supply company that my Mom had called had no record of her request to have O2 delivered to her place she is staying in Florida. When I spoke with Sam she was so kind and willing to help. Mind you - it was 3:45pm on a Friday. Most employees would mentally "check out" on a Friday afternoon, but not Sam. She coordinated with Jay, her local delivery driver for Lincare to deliver the much needed O2 supplies to the address that my Mom was staying at in Florida (mind you aprox 1.5 hrs away from their Okeechobee branch). Supplies were delivered for her use by 7pm that Friday night. This branch went above and beyond to help facilitate this delivery on such a short notice. We are so grateful for Sam and Jay's dedication to their jobs - and showing empathy and exemplary Customer Service. Thank you so much!

LincareI have been dealing with Lincare for over five years and it has been very painful in some situations. The best way to deal with this company is for you to get a very good lawyer that will fight a company like Lincare. They once sent me a hospital bed but when the bed broke in half they told me it was only rated for someone that weighed 175 but when the delivery driver came to bring the bed he could have seen that, nevertheless after the bed broke no fault of my own it took Lincare five months to bring me a bed. Lincare kept saying they needed a code in order to bring the bed come to find out after speaking to the manager of my insurance company Lincare didn't need a code, it wasn't required for the bed. I'm now trying to get my walker replaced and Lincare have started running me around again. No one takes the time to call you back about the case, Lincare treat patients like trash. If there was a award for lying Lincare would win hands down.
