“The employees were very prompt, and friendly. They had really good deals was very happy about how much it cost for two phones plus the activation fee and all of that it was a very good deal. The carrier I had before was total wireless, they went out of business and did not even give us a heads up or whatever I mean yeah we were still able to pay our bill but still I want to be able to go in to a business if I have a problem with my phone. So I would never ever recommend total wireless to no one! Don't but I have no complaints for Cricket!”
“She was awesome. I needed T- Mobile so she told me how to get there. Told me I could come back if needed. The T Mobile in Okeechobee was rude, very rude. Answered the phone in the middle of his sentence. I was the only customer in there. He had no clue what he was doing. I walked out and will never go back there. They are doing something else, but not helping t Mobile.”
“I was having lots of trouble connecting tmobiles wireless internet to my TV. I called customer support and they were unable to resolve problem. I brought device back to store and had the sim card changed. Brought device back home and still would not connect to tv.
Called the okeechobee store again and spoke with Nicholas who kindly said he lives close to me and will come by and try to help. Well thank you to Nicholas

“I would highly recommend this location for the technology support they provided troubleshooting issues with my verizon phone and its connectivity to a new car's technology. The phone was not the problem but these two men figured out the issue and the problem was resolved. Thank you very much! You did what the dealership could not figure out!!!!!”
