THIS BANK IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! They have me locked out by every other means except actually being locked out for suspicious activity in the app and in order for me to be able to use the app with the convenience of online banking, I have to go into the branch to do my banking and I just had chemo Monday and my rent was due yesterday. I'm sorry to be so negative but I was up all night desperately trying but had trouble seeing because of the tears ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

We have PNC in Missouri. We've needed to go to Okeechobee a few times. We were met with kindness and professionalism, each time. No matter our reason, each one we encountered have helped us in a very thorough and efficient manner.

Been using this branch for five years. Had one small issue which was my fault. All the staff are top notch even when they get new people. Diana was wonderful n patient Maria is great n the rest . Been with PNC since 05. Always had great service except St James branch in psl. Thanks guys .

You can be the only client in the drive thru and you’ll be waiting 15-20 minutes for a simple cash deposit. I’d use the ATMS but those are down half the time. Staff are friendly but the wait for assistance is awful.

This branch gives PNC a bad name. Terrible customer service! They say they are too busy to return calls. How can you run a business like that? Our branch in Statesville, NC knows about quality customer service.

I applied for a credit card October 23 call about the card 10 day later someone told me it was sent to my home address I give him the mailing address I have told I just fix it and to give it 10 more days it’s been a month and I still haven’t received a card I call again and was told the same thing I don’t understand why people lie I was told when I told someone people I know that I was going to bank there they told me that I will regret it now I see what they was saying

I would give a negative star review if could. Opened an account and 10 days later they have froze my account with no explanation. At my return to the bank the have you sign through a app scanner. What happened to people. My suggestion find another bank if in Florida or any other state that has pnc bank

Avoid using this branches ATM's. During busniess hours, my card was locked in one of their ATM's that they apparently "don't service". Had to get a new card printed. Major inconvenience.
