Me and a friend walked in last week for 2 pedicures. We were immediately greeted and seated. Kris did an amazing job and was so friendly! She made me feel very comfortable, 10/10 recommend!!

Vincent is amazing , very quiet but very good at what he does this was my first time there and I did my toes and nails and I’ve been to every place in okeechobee to find someone to do my nails and failed I usually travel to Sebring to do my nails but I’ll be coming to this location just for him also my sister did her eye brows and they came out really pretty ! We didnt wait long & the place is clean ! Unlike Walmart or other nail salons in the area only

Very happy with this place! Been coming here for over 10 years for my pedicures. I usually never have to wait and I'm always impressed with my nails!

I went here yesterday with my niece and mom to celebrate my nieces birthday. We all had pedicures and the tech who did mine was very rough and cut me twice. I will not be returning here. DO BETTER!

Normally I don't have too much of an issue. However, this last time around, I got a pedicure done. The guy was pretty aggressive and caused pain several times. Both of my big toes are still red & painful (4days after the appt) fairly certain I am dealing with an infection on one of them.

Absolutely amazing, Is family oriented environment. I have been going there since the daylight opened. I have never had any issues.

The nail tech dug so hard into the side of my nail that I instantly knew I would get an infection. I have never had a pedicure hurt so bad before. I did in fact get an infection and will never return again. We pay good money to have a pleasurable experience please do better to care for your patrons.

A -0- rating would be more appropriate! I called, before going to make sure that the salon has a tech who is proficient with dipping powder and explainedthat i use clear polish and like for my nails to look natural, I was assured that there was...that is most definitely not the case. Not only was the young man not proficient, he was very inexperienced with the process. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails, now it looks like a horrible acrylic job and that is after a complete do-over and the loss of 4 natural nails. Not only do my nails look hideous now, my cuticles hurt because he continually bumped them with the dremel and the Emory board and to top it all off, i was required to wait whilemy nails air dryed because he would not us the uv lamp. This place should definitely not have the word "Pro" in their name. I am near tears over this experience. I can not recommend them to anyone, I don't care how much they say that they are capable of doing, go in a different direction to get your nails done. I am currently sitting at another nail salon to see what can be done to repair or hide this person's shoddy workmanship.

I don't understand Pro nails they did my toenails they said they don't do fill in on toe nail but yet put fake toe nail ugh stupid.

Absolutely no communication skills. Sat there 20 minutes, then was told 15 minutes more. Run away and go to suave nails

Sunny did my new set of gel painted pointed acrylic nails. They were perfectly shaped and durable . He was gentle and careful with my hands. He was also respectful and even humorous . I'm coming back for my 2nd appointment today ☺️
