Quest is open. Make an appointment on the website. Bring the email with the QR code, your license, and insurance cards. This makes check in very swift. They probably will not answer phone. The staff is overworked, but very friendly. Plan on spending a bit of time here and be nice to the staff.

The wait is ridiculously long, even with an appointment. I tried calling multiple times and the phone just rang until it hung up.

I got a text saying I could get my results on Myquest. I've had an account for years. I've gone on for 3 days since receiving the text...no results. I've called the Okeechobee office 10 times over 3 days and they don't answer the phone and no answering machine. I messaged Quest thru the online chat and that is a total waste of time, I get generic responses. Terrible customer service and I will not use Quest again.

Made an appointment online which I saved a screen shot of the details. When I went for my appointment, could not login on their computer to confirm appointment because they said I needed a confirmation code or number. There is no such code on the copy of the appointment details I downloaded. When I tried to call and explain this, they hung up on me. Horrible way to treat any person who needs lab work done.

After checking their hours online, I see that they close at FOUR pm. I come in at THREE FORTY, and the lights are all off, the staff is in the back talking about someone that looks like they had "bad botox". When someone came in after me, that person knocked on the door. She staff said "no, we're all done." What do you mean you're all done? You're open till four. No, you will have to come back. That's why we too the sign in tablet behind the door. So, maybe, just a suggestion, UPDATE YOUR STINKING HOURS! Then you won't be misleading and lying to patients.

Walked in they told me I was next nobody else was in the waiting room .then two more walked in with no appointment and they took them in I asked why their response was those people had a appointment and those people told her that they didn't have a appointment. The worker said yes you do you just didn't know it.they told me without a appointment I couldn't get in .I will never go there again I went else where and paid a little extra at this point its a matter of principle.

I walked out. She didn’t want to draw my hand. Supposedly they didn’t have butterflies. She tried to draw my arm. I said no way and walked out . Very disappointed .

They still insist that you put on a mask. And they have a box of masks sitting on a table in the waiting area. You are more likely to get sick from their mask than from the virus that they claim to be afraid of

Rude staff argumentative. 2 patients 3 tecs. Nevt appointment at 8 am 20 minutes away refused to to draw blood withoutappointmentt.

Rude, no masks available to use. They refuse service without one but have none to use. I was not alone with my impression.... The waiting room was filled with negative comments.

It takes a common sorry person to let someone sit for 55 minutes with a order and appointment in hand.Ignore never ask if he can be helped and when I came in and signed him in which was not needed.Done as a text message from QUEST! Also I hope you don't bill Medicare cause I will report you to Medicare.You have lost completely a regular customer.Think before you choose the freaking place!Oh and while waiting two people were sitting in behind the door talking about him.SHAME ON THESE SO CALLED EMLPOYEES! Like the other guy said no hero's here!
