They greet customers by name, are concerned with meeting banking needs, and go above and beyond to solve problems. They ensure customers leave satisfied and with a smile, making them feel like they are dealing with friends. Many customers have used this branch for over 20 years and are very pleased, stating it is a good reason to continue with Regions Bank.
When I step into this branch, the first thing I notice is how clean it is and how good it smells! I'm always greeted by name, my needs are met every visit, and I come away feeling like I've been dealing with friends. I have used Regions Bank (specifically this branch) since 2000 and I'm very pleased.

Kristine was wonderful even though they closed in 3 minutes she took her time and opened a account for my son who just recently started college. She was amazing!!!! Definitely the reason why my family will continue with Regions
