Regions Bank is a pleasant and clean branch that is amazing. Staff are professional, kind, caring, and very courteous. They greet customers by name, are concerned with meeting banking needs, and go above and beyond to solve problems. They ensure customers leave satisfied and with a smile, making them feel like they are dealing with friends. Many customers have used this branch for over 20 years and are very pleased, stating it is a good reason to continue with Regions Bank.

The personnel at the Regions Bank at Okeechobee Bank are always welcoming. From Alicia, to Teresa and Jordan they make you feel at home. Even though we have to travel 45 minutes to get there they make it worthwhile.
