I was having some issues signing in on the mobile app so I contacted the customer service number and they directed me to my local branch and thank God they did. The customer service that I received from Noel from the Okeechobee Branch was above and beyond what I was expecting. I chose Seacoast because I've always held their customer service in high regards but this woman really was the best example I've ever come across. As a banking customer I hope that everyone at the Okeechobee location gets praised for their hard work and customer service but I'm leaving five stars today because of my interaction with Noel. To the bosses and management at this location thank you for doing something right whether it was your training or your protocols I received Top Notch service and I'd like to thank you as well. This message goes out to anybody that's thinking about opening a bank account please consider Seacoast Bank for all your banking or online needs if you need a reason why just read my review.

I had an issued with a lien being incorrectly assigned (my fault, not the banks). Ms. Teresa Lara was assigned to my case and was over the top professional, courteous and responsive. In this day and age it is difficult to even get a return call. I would highly recommend Seacoast Bank, Okeechobee, FL for any of your banking needs. You will be in good hands. Thank you to Teresa for taking the time to truly listen to my issue and staying with it until it was resolved. Thanks again Teresa Lara!!!

Always 5 star service. Any issue I’ve had with my account was promptly fixed. Briseida Ayala is always friendly and ready to help in every way. She not only helped with my personal account but my home loan as well. I highly recommend Seacoast and please ask for Briseida Ayala she’s always ready to help she’s awesome!

Seacoast Account member, I E Cruz Applied for a equity home loan with degrading results several months ago. This week I decided to purchase a RV and apply for a Loan with anxiety. I met Banking Officer S Trapero found faults and outline why my first loan was rejected.A true professional and now a guardian angel. Besides outlying required documents for the RV Loan, she kept me informed constant updates. I will always conduct business while dedicated Bank Personnel like her. A million thanks

Sea coast Bank Your the worst bank ever. An elderly friend of mine that has mental issues was severely scammed and what did you do?? Instead of helping her with this scammer, start an investigation, anything that might help her you gave her the boot and she had to find another bank, which including having to contact social security to change the direct deposit, contact her utilities that automatically deducts the monthly bills. This is a lot for this elderly lady and her husband have to go through. People if you ever have issues this bank don’t care about their customers, only their bottom line.

You can never get online banking your always getting locked out so it’s very hard to use not user friendly at all . And select your number never has my number I am so sick of never being able to get online . To bad they don’t keep up with the information about you ! I feel they are bad and bad for me and bad for anyone who is trying to get on account . No one ever wants to help customers anymore so they are not doing good work and it’s hard for me! I never had so many problems getting on a bank app ever . What’s up with the people who are working for me. They are against me and I don’t want them anymore. I hate this bank so snobby I am so over it!

Stephanie helped me at the okeechobee branch today. What a nice, professional young lady. I enjoyed working with her very much. While I was there I heard some of the tellers talking to people in the drive in. They were so friendly and personable. I was very impressed with everyone I met today.

The South Parrot branch crew are an awesome group of people. They always greet me with a smile and at the end of my transactions, they ask me if they can offer any more assistance with my banking needs. Whenever I needed a loan, they jumped right on it and got me taken care of. Whenever I need a notary, they always have one available. Whatever banking or financial needs I may have, they are always on top of it. I appreciate them all and all of the hard work they put in each day!
