Wanted to charge me 3.00 on an Amazon box to return… and then I had black tape and insisted it had to be clear. Took my box and my tape. Won’t be back.

This is the worst ups location I have ever dealt with. I would recommend any other location. They have absolutely zero interest in helping and being genuine people. Always a problem at the ups in Okeechobee.

Went in last minute yesterday to send off a package and both employees were so kind! They didn’t seem aggravated at all that me and another small family walked in with packages, they welcome everybody as if they had just opened. Every time I’ve gone into this location I’ve been met with nothing but smile and helpfulness. Definitely top notch customer service!

I visited the store today with my Amazon package. They took the time to explain to me what customer pack meant and we’re so helpful with the entire process. They have great staff. The store is always clean and friendly thank you to our hometown UPS.

Absolutely love this location. Staff is always friendly and polite. They take the time to explain to you on your returns and offer you a choice of packing it yourself at home or they can take care of it for you. Never had a bad experience thank you UPS Team.
