I immediately contacted the shop and explained the situation my brother was facing if he was unable to make that medical appointment. Within an hour a tow truck picked up my brother and headed to the shop. They immediately started working on his vehicle and within a couple of hours he was back on the road. “I brought my twenty ford eco sport in when the service light came on and I had an issue with the car starting and staying started. They ran the diagnostics and found that the Illinois was bad and replaced that in my evac system. I don't drive my car very much but the next time I drove it.It took about two days and the engine light came back on and I went to put gas in my car and I had issues with it starting so I took it back and once again they ran a diagnostic and it did not show that I needed a part , but that there was a leak somewhere. They worked on the car and then released it back to me to drive it and see how it went and to bring it back in a few days.Which I did because once again when I went to put gas in it.Had it hard time starting and staying running. Jeremy rand diagnostic sticks again and found.The problem was an evac valve up in the top of the engine.So he changed that out for me and now my car is running awesome. It is nice to work with a shop that trusts the client to take their car home for a few days and bring it back and then pay my bill. I will only let Total Roadside work on my car from now forward.
