“I can't say enough wonderful things about manager Melissa. She went above and beyond to help my elderly dad with his phone purchase. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for him to understand, answered all of his questions, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident with his new phone before leaving. Melissa's professionalism and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who treats people with such respect, compassion, and dedication. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful experience became an enjoyable one. We are so grateful for her exceptional customer service and highly recommend working with Melissa.”

“Thank you so much Becky. I have never had such amazing customer service as I did today with Becky, she went above and beyond to make sure I was walking out with a working phone and had everything from my old phone. She was even able to get me back into my yahoo account that I've not had access to in forever. Amazing employee you have at Cricket Wireless Chiefland.”
