Peace and quiet. Excellent country life, plenty of walking available or just walk the big circle around the Camp. Hear the distant Roosters in the mornings, along with Cows down the street.. This camp site is the Place to Rest and Relax... the State Parks and Springs are within 3 miles, and the Prehistoric Swanee River is 2 miles away, to launch your Boat, or go Swimming!

Very clean, and comfortable looking. I've only ridden through the camp to with on a tricycle there.I will say it's clean enough to notice how clean it is.

Great park, hosts and residents. We stopped for an overnight and ended staying for five nights because of the atmosphere of the park and the residents. The shared facilities are a little "rustic" but clean and well maintained and respected by the park residents. A bit of a gem.

Campground Wi-Fi wasn't working during my one week visit. This was particularly distressing because cell phone coverage is poor in this campground which is out in the country. Finally had to drive into Old Town to read email and news.

Would’ve loved to stay here as my husband and I are moving down to Florida for work from Alabama and will be camping till we can find a house. We were looking for a nice extended stay campground that wasn’t too outrageously priced but unfortunately they do not allow anyone under 55 here. Not sure why it says “55+ friendly” when it should say 55+ only…

Old town is a quiet campground to take in the local sites. Yes as normal there are full timers here but they are a friendly bunch and keep to themselves and there are no run down sites as you would see elsewhere Management is helpful and the facilities are clean

i am new to the camping world but cheryl and the staff here are great hosts and had electric, hot showers and was able to have wifi and a useable printer in the office, but the great people also made it a great experience, if i retire this would be a great choice for the quiet life

It's not bad, just not my cup of tea. I'm sure all the people parked there can give it a better and more fair review than I can.

Rob is the owner and he was very welcoming at check-in. He gave us a list of local places of interest and also escorted us to our site. Unfortunately there were some fire ants at our water/electric post, so Rob took care of the situation immediately. Our full hookup site was spacious and level. Campground has private bathrooms/showers which were clean and awesome. The free wifi worked great and there are also 20 free cable channels but we didn't try them. There is a fantastic paved bike path about 2 miles away. Rob also kindly let us borrow a ladder during our stay. Thank you sir for the excellent service!

Very small one road Campground. No pool, shuffle board, ect. Lots are good size. Out in the country and quite. For $396.00 a month they have full hook up, cable and good internet. There are laundry facilities and descent showers. We are staying here for a month while we get our property nearby ready. Might not be everyone's cup of tea but if you are in the area and want a quiet laid back place to relax this is the spot.11/09/2020 Class C Winnebago.

New owner is friendly and welcoming. Our site is lovely: wooded with full service, wifi and cable. Great if you want quiet, rural Florida setting. Very pretty area, 20 miles to the beach.
