“First time home owner and user of service: I had a positive experience with the company, from my phone conversations to the interaction with the two delivery individuals. There was a minor issue, which I take partial responsibility for due to not verifying properly. I paid in cash, but the receipt indicated a charge. Given my trust issues, I contacted both the delivery personnel (who explained that they usually just leave a bill in an envelope for customers, I understand how the routine things go when a wrench thrown in, oops happen, no blood no foul) and the company to resolve the matter. At present, everything appears to be resolved. I recommend them; their pricing is reasonable, and I would utilize their services again.”
