there tires are good for like maybe 2 weeks if your lucky got 5 tires from them in 1 month and yes the swapped tires the 1st week I had 3 blow outs 2 they replaced but for the price of some of the tires are high for them to blow 2 weeks later I was stranded for a few days 😠with a blow tire I had to go somewhere else to get another tire
all the tires are different prices I paid for 3 tires same size 3 different prices it's good if you need a tire that day is fine

My second visit and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Good price and fast service. My pickup came back looking like new. He has good honest help and a clean shop, which impressed me. When I was there, they were working on a Bentley. I figure if they're good enough for a Bentley, they're good enough for my Dodge.

We took my truck here after hitting a deer. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. Moon and his crew did an EXCELLENT job fixing my Kia Sorento. It was fixed in a timely manner and It looks good as new! What a great local shop! It is an asset to our community.

AMAZING I would come here again every day amazing service and Mr.Moon was so kind if it wasn’t for him my family and I wouldn’t have made it to open house I would give the world to this man he helped my family so much words can’t even describe I would recommend everyone was so kind bless there hearts we need more people in the world like them and the price of everything he did for us didn’t even seem like it was real it was so cheap for everything he done for me and my family Mr.Moon is amazing man I hope you will be able to experience the brightest he brings into this world!

I took my 2024 Buick in With a Dent in the hood a scratched nose.3 days later, it looked just as good as it come off The showroom. Absolutely perfect, a beautiful job.Ty so much. So I took my 2022 chevy dually in with a dent in the tailgate they fixed it also , what a beautiful job.Thank you again. I Highly RECOMMEND TRI COUNTY COLISION.

They do have mechanical skills here but unfortunately not the ethics to treat you right and you will get abused unless you are hyper vigilant. The agreed work took months longer than estimated. I never received a written estimate that they promised to email to me on multiple occasions. Cost me 4 times the initial verbal estimate and when I got the truck back it had new body damage that I didn’t see until weeks later when I was able to look over the truck. In hindsight, it’s on me too since I shouldn’t have trusted them to be honest. I paid the price for not watching them like a hawk - buyer beware.

Update #4; 6/11/24 Just over a year after the debacle of being hit by a careless driver, the clear coat is peeling. This confirms my previous concerns...moisture in the booth. If yours is a valuable, limited production vehicle, go elsewhere. Also, when they couldn't get the code to unlock my nav/stereo, i used the online "pay $10-20 and we'll find it, guaranteed" site, and had it within the hour. Pics don't lie, shoddy work and locked out of my own onboard electronics!

my truck arrived at tri county collision(TCC), on March 12, 2023. it was moved from caliber, when moon said he could do it better, for less, more quickly. I should have looked at the reviews; they're pretty awful. Had I, I would have. I was informed 2-3 weeks ago that they needed a clockspring for the steering column. They said they'd order it that day, and I'd have my truck in a week. Thats the third time I was told "just one more week"! I find out today, 5/31/23, that they don't have the part, and they haven't even checked on it!!! I asked him to email me the part number; he can't, only his wife can. I'lol be shocked if I don't have to call back! This joint is nothing like a real collision center; check TCC out, and then go look at Buchholz's operatio, there's no comparison! It seems they appeal to our frugal side, get the business, and then they no longer care for our input. I had to argue with them two weeks ago, just to be able to go take a picture of the truck; they were fully prepared to tell me that I couldn't see my $70k truck. Thankfully, I was in no mood to accept no as an answer to shit, and they quickly realized that I was not leaving without pics of their "progress" on my truck. Talk about awkward! I felt like half the shop had a hand on a gin, it was surreal! Please, please finish my $&@?%#+ truck, soon! 3 months is FAR too long to be without something I pay a grand a month for! I would NOT recommend! I recommend Buchholz. The other review on here is no better than mine, worse, maybe! Used parts, in new trucks, insurance paying for new, oem parts is not exactly the epitome of business integrity. My $.02.
