They take time to educate clients, explaining everything step by step and providing tons of super helpful advice. They ensure clients are comfortable and answer questions, referring to perfect products for each hair type. Clients come out with knowledge and exactly what they wanted, feeling the love in their hair. The service is amazing and clients will definitely be coming back soon, recommending it 1000%.
