First time in for a new dishwasher. It was quick and easy and the install was just a few short days later. They did a great job and I love my new dishwasher.

I like Famous Tate. If you are looking for kitchen appliances, I would recommend checking it out. The customer service was great compared to the large box store's were you can't get help or find a salesperson willing to help you. Famous Tate also has a price match for up to 30 days. The prices are very similar compared to all other appliance stores. The one factor that made me choose Famous Tate was their customer service. Brian was great!!

We've actually had two great experiences with Famous Tate. In December, my old washer/dryer combo bit the dust. Went to Famous Tate for the first time, and our salesman was extremely helpful, and we purchased a new combo unit. Upon delivery, we found plumbing issues and couldn't shut down the water to remove the old unit. The delivery guys left the new one in the garage and came back a few days later, with no additional charges, to swap out the two after we had plumbing fixed. This all happened a few days before Christmas.
Two weeks ago (right after Hurricane Milton), we found our 19 year old refrigerator was leaking. Too old for parts, so we had to get a new fridge, especially since we had already scheduled new flooring to be installed. Friday, we found the leak. Saturday, we went and purchased a new fridge and were told we couldn't get it until Thursday, which was when the floor installers were supposed to start. Our salesman kept looking and actually found a delivery spot on Wednesday and scheduled it for us. Now we wouldn't have the old fridge leaking on our new floor.

We recently had yet another fantastic sales experience at Famous Tate in Oldsmar. We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a fridge, stove and vent top microwave for the project. Jim Quigley from the Oldsmar store took care of us in a spectacular fashion, connecting us with beautiful appliances that match our taste and worked within our budget. The sales experience was great, as was the first delivery of two of our pieces (our stove needed to be ordered). The delivery men were very polite and professional, dropping off our new appliances and removing the old ones they were replacing. And there were even some promotions and rebates going on at the time we made our purchases, and we are looking forward to receiving those in the near future.
This is not the first time we have shopped at this Famous Tate store, but each time we have, the sales folks have been extremely knowledgable, efficient, polite and friendly. We cannot imagine buying our major appliances anywhere else in the area.

I purchased a twin mattress. It was a great sale price and very comfortable.
They included a mattress cover and a set of "cool" sheets.

Dealt with Bobby recently to purchase our dishwasher. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Famous Tate.

We were looking for a new washer/dryer and have bought from Famous Tate before so we decided to decided to look there again.
Anthony was our sales person and was very knowledgeable.
We had Samsung before but they didn't have the color we wanted so he showed us the GE Profile 700 series top loader W/D. It was delivered in 2 days and so far, so good.

I like supporting the more local vendors. Over the years, I've bought 4 appliances from Famous Tate. This week was typical: I had selected a dryer from online reviews and specs, saw it at Lowes (who annoyed me; see below!) and came home and went to the Famous Tate site; there it was, same price as the big box stores. And a note that an "open box item was available"...called them and spoke to sales manager Lynn, and she could not have been nicer...yes, there was an open box item, yes it was $130 cheaper and was unused; it had been ordered and delivery was cancelled by someone. So, I bought it over the phone. And, unlike the woman at Lowes that I walked away from, there was no BS about "You *must* buy a cord and vent kit" (Lowes woman actually lied and said "warranty is void without it"...OMG!!). Lynn did warn that without them, the installers could deliver but not install; I guess I can see that for liability reasons.
Delivery was scheduled for 2 days out, and there was plenty of advance communication; on the delivery day they actually arrived 2+ hours early (which suited me just fine!). All was done quickly and carefully.
I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Long time customer at Oldsmar location with a need for two new appliances so I called my previous salesperson after confirming that he still worked there but he couldn't be bothered to return my call. Very disappointed.....

I wanted to take a moment to express how fortunate Famous Tate is to have Jim Quigley as one of their sales representatives. I have been working with Jim for years, and from the first time I met him, he has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products you offer. He provides great, straightforward advice and is very transparent and fair when it comes to pricing.
Jim is the best in the business. Whenever I have a question or need anything, he is always quick to respond, whether it’s help with warranty issues, quotes for appliances, or recommendations—be it via calls, emails, or texts. He consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I recommend him to all my clients in real estate.
Most recently, he answered numerous questions and assisted me in purchasing the Café Series range of my dreams. He also helped me connect with Premier Installation, who provided exceptional customer service. When it turned out that my electrician had installed the wrong outlet, Charlie from Premier Services Installation came out on a Saturday morning, to change it for a reasonable fee—because Jim had asked if he could help me out so I wouldn’t be without a stove over Labor Day weekend.
I am so grateful to have met Jim and to have so many wonderful appliances from Famous thanks to him.

Great place if your looking for any type of appliance....ask for mark he's the man!! Very knowledgeable of his products and continuing going through classes to learn even more to better help people...I'm an appliance repairman that will definitely be referring these guys moving forward.
