Reserved trailer from this location and had to call them with questions. Phone system at this location is bad. 50% ratio or worse of calls connecting to a ring, and lower success getting someone to answer. Reservation was confirmed but ultimately failed and they didn't even have my reserved trailer available when I arrived on time. Would not recommend. Would recommend doing business with the other corporate/non-dealer U-Haul locations nearby for reliability and more rental inventory.

If you have any issues with your Uhaul rental from this location, rest assured, they will do nothing but talk to you disrespectfully and their MCO will back them up on it!! Disrespecting your customers is a GREAT way to run your business!!=)
