I arrived 5 minutes before opening on Monday morning. I needed to mail a medical test package ASAP as directed by my doctor and the test company.
Diana came and opened the door early when she saw me outside. She was pleasant, nice, professional and cheerful! Thanks Diana!

I arrived around 3:15pm, the doors were locked with a paper sign that said "on lunch break" without a return time. 45 minutes later it's still locked with the sign. Unacceptable for a retail location, cannot tell you how many customers I watched leave.

Staff could use more training, but they are very friendly and helpful. Customer service is excellent and the location his very clean.

Do NOT ship anything here if you need something refrigerated. I was under the impression (and so was my doctor) that the FedEx facilities had refrigeration capability. My prescriptions have been sitting on a shelf for three days and are now ruined.

Very good service, even during the last 20 minutes before closing time. The counter staff have been friendly and helpful with shipping options every time I've been to this location.
