Some of the friendliest employees that I have ever dealt with. It’s enjoyable to bank with Flagship Oldsmar. They know my accounts without having to provide the account numbers. They routinely offer any assistance or introductions. This is exactly the benefits of community banks. You’re NOT just a number to them! Thank you Flagship Oldsmar!

I have banked with many banks over the years and the personalized service here is second to none - they are amazing for small business owners! I cannot say enough about the staff at this bank, they are all fantastic especially Rob Shaw. Thank you for the great service!

Thank God for Flagship bank, Rosie and her team of amazing people. Flagship took care of us when other large banks did nothing for my business. We appreciate the effort and fast action Flagship took on our behalf. Thanks again, we appreciate it very much

The new ownership is absolutely awful. They are not small business driven in anyway. We’ve banked there for several years, we had one customer bounce a check and all checks are now being held for 7 days. Who can do business like that???

How does a bank have no ATM at it's location??? The Oldsmar branch has no ATM inside or outside the Bank. How can you have a bank and expect customers to join and have no ATM's?

Changed banks 2 years ago and am so glad I did. A true community bank, concerned with the actual needs of its account holders and the community, NOT how many sales referrals it can wring out of its employees and customers.

Don't be fooled, there is no advantage over the big banks I left the big banks years ago because I enjoyed the personal touch of banking with people who know you by name. I knew that they would be more willing to work with me for any of my needs....but that's when times were good. I had been with them for 8 years, almost as long as they have been around. Even when I moved away I kept them because my finances were set up with them, automatic payments, debit purchases, direct deposit, I was loyal to them. But then times got tough. I lost my job, I had to move money around and sometimes I couldn't anticipate the automatic drafting of my expenses. Fees, Fees everywhere. I am working again and I can't keep up with the fees. Did I mention Fees? $400 in fees in just one month, to be exact. I will probably get the local news to run a story on this. Some payments I couldn't stop, some I did cancel but still pre-authorized. Even with my account falling into the negative, they were still authorizing transactions, just so they could return the money and collect the fee. They never lost a dime on me, but they are insisting that I pay these fees or they will put a debt on me. This is big banking practice. This is Bend Over America. I found that they are just as nasty as the fat pigs that run the large banks and they have no willingness to make it right.
