Great Pricing. Quick shipping. Only issue is a lot of the corners of the plank flooring had been chipped in a few of the boxes. Suspect issue is with shipper, not with Hurst. When we go to finish our living room and kitchen, we will be purchasing it through Hurst!

Great prices, the order shipped fast, the shipping company Hurst used was also exceptional. My wood floors are looking fabulous, we still need to finish laying, sand and finish, but I would buy through Hurst again. Great experience!

Excellent product service and price. We love our engineered hardwood floors, the product is a matte white oak and it is exactly what we wanted! The only negative in my experience was the delivery company wasn’t the best at communicating, left us waiting a whole day and didn’t bother to reschedule. I followed up and got my wood three days later. Maybe this is the way delivery companies work but it was not professional. I did tell my rep and he was really apologetic but they might need to fix that with their delivery company!

I would definitely use them again...searched for floors for months they had exactly what I wanted for 2$ a square ft less than anyone else...friendly and helpful staff (curtis)..had my floors at the Dorr in 3 days.

Hurst is easy to contact wonderful to deal with and handled every aspect of my purchase. I received estimates from stores in Austin Texas and Hurst was able to give me a better price than they were. They followed up by letting me know when the flooring would arrive, and it was very very easy, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
