I had Elena she is absolutely amazing at what she does! She did a full set of gel X on my nails and did the French by hand. It’s perfect! The salon is so welcoming, clean, and she really cares about the guest experience. She also gives the best hand massages! My forever nail salon!

I absolutely love Legacy Nails! I had a hard time finding a nail salon I really liked when I first moved to the area, but I have been loyal to Katie ever since finding her! She is always so kind, patient, and I never feel rushed with her. She has amazing attention to detail and wants to make sure my nails look perfect every time. All of the staff I have seen at Legacy have been wonderful, I highly recommend!

I moved recently and decided to try a new salon, luxury, instead of driving to Belcher and Gulf To Bay to my normal salon Aqua stone. never again, it cost me $48 at legacy which was a lot cheaper and I can tell why. I get hard gel nails, (not the polish, the nails), and my normal salon, it would cost me about $70 including my tip. but my normal salon would last me up to two months this one didn’t even last a week and a half. They all lifted. I knew they weren’t going to last when I saw the super thin layer of hard gel that he put on my nails. I should’ve followed my first instinct and this is why I usually stick with the same place for as long as I possibly can, this is definitely proof that you get what you pay for. I can’t tell you the last time I had nails lift, 17 years working at Home Depot & It’s probably happened to me twice because I go to the same place all the time and they do a great job. I should’ve never switched it. so, needless to say I’ll never go back. I’ll gladly pay $70 for nails that won’t lift that I have to cut off anyway. I have health problems so it’s super important that they last because I can’t always go back when I’m supposed to. This is horrible, pay the extra money & go elsewhere.

Very disappointed after today. I have been going to Legacy Nails for years, I have referred family and take my granddaughters when they visit. I went in today wanted an eyebrow touch up and a toenail trim and cuticles taken care of. Never had an issue before with getting this done. When my RSD is acting up I can’t have any one touch my legs very painful. I dealt with a Leslie, I believe that is what she said her name was. Informed me would have to charge me full pedicure even though just wanted a trim no polish nothing. Her response we don’t do other just basic service I tried to explain why she could have cared less. The owner would be disappointed as she has always been pleasant. The last few times service not what we are use too and there services have all gone up. I don’t have a problem paying a little more as I know everything has went up. Customer service is so important I hope the owner puts some more training into her staff. Sometimes health issues prevent certain things doesn’t mean it will always be like that. Train staff to be a little flexible will go a long for your business.

Booked appointments for a pedicure for myself and daughter. Along with a child's manicure for my granddaughter. Arrived 10 minutes early for a 2:00 appointment. They were short staffed and the only one that got something done was my granddaughter. My daughter and I sat with our feet in cold water for over 30 minutes without anyone attempting to do our pedicures. I do NOT recommend this shop! This was my first and last time I will ever go there.

Why is it so hard to find a GOOD nail salon in St Pete/Clearwater area? This salon wasn't the worst, but overall, average at best. Had a regular manicure and pedicure- priced together at $50. Things that didn't happen: did not soak enough before the tech started the pedi. She did not spend enough time prepping, making sure edges of nails were smooth, exfoliating heels or any rough spots, or clean under and around nails. Why don't techs paint in STRAIGHT WITH BOTTOM TO TIP OF NAIL STROKES?? It is shocking how many techs do not know how to apply polish. This tech was no exception, leaving polish looking lumpy and edge near cuticle uneven. The manicure was about the same, except she did soak my nails a little longer. But again, polish not applied in straight, smooth lines- short brush strokes that leave the polish looking lumpy and not clean around the edges and straight against the cuticle edge. The plus of this salon, unlike all others that have been tried, and reason for the 3 stars are the location is convenient, plenty of parking, shop is clean, and staff were friendly and didn't spend the whole time talking among themselves like most do- which is an uncomfortable experience for clients.

This place is amazing, I have been to a couple nail places and they did absolutely terrible on my nails. I am very very grateful for Katie, she did absolutely amazing!!! I will be back ?
