Wow, very impressed with the store and the staff!
I had a great shopping experience today. This store is generally better than other Marshall's in the area and I go out of my way to shop there. After I left I realized I didn't have my cell phone. When I arrived back they had my phone at the front desk. One of the employees (Maria I believe) found it and turned it in to the front desk. It is very reassuring that there are honest people who do the right thing and this is very much appreciated! The phone is older but has a lot of photos and personal information on it.
Kudos to Maria and the entire staff at this location!

Several of the employees at this location should not be working in retail and customer service. Every time i shop at marshalls/tjmaxx i spend at least 100-300$. The cashier ( an old european woman with short reddish brown hair who works register 6) treated me like a criminal when i tried to return an item. She tried to refuse to return the item because i didnt have a reciept even though that is against store policy. She gave me a rude and aggressive attitude for no reason. The manager tried to back her up and ended up having to return the item still. The cashier , manager , and another associate ( Renee A.) all began to talk bad about me and my appearance thinking I wouldnt hear. I will NEVER shop at this location ever again because of these 3 miserable old women.

I am never going to this Marshall's again. There is a cashier there who is short, young, black glasses, high pitched voice who treats me like a criminal when I come in with a return. I spend way more than I ever return and am a rewards customer accruing rewards vouchers. The way she treats people returning items is short sighted on the revenues lost if I spend way more than I return. She runs my driver's license for a fraud check even when I have the receipt!!! Never never again...the customer experience is horrible and somehow I always get her at the counter. Management needs to talk to her!!

Found everything I was looking for. Mens shirt amd shoe selection was ample and reasonably proced. Long line, but all registers were open for fairly speedy check out. Lady at the register was courteous and professional. Happy customer here. I recommend shopping here.
