If all you care about is price price price, go ahead be my guest, go to some cut rate shop. If you want your car fixed right the first time around and to not keep coming back for the same issue after your service and after your payment, then go see Pat Murray. I have been a long time customer with several different vehicles in there (sent family and friends too). Reasonably priced service but above and beyond in how you get treated. I cannot recall a single time with any vehicle where I had to go back after the service. To me, that is quite remarkable and for a busy man, worth it's weight in gold. Pat and his team recently made me love my car again! Go see Murray Motive for yourself, you won't regret it.

Have had a couple good experiences with this company. The last experience got a little sideways - the owner quickly got involved and made things more than right and fast! Will be back we have an oil change due coming up soon!!!

Short story, just over $500 for fix. Lexus dealer and Christian Brothers wanted over $3,000 for a part alone. Lexus said the $500 fix couldn't be done (after telling me they hadn't heard of the problem when the internet and Christian Brothers knew about it). Basically Murray Motive replaced a gear in the steering column while everyone else wanted to replace the whole column. ALWAYS had good experience with them.

Honestly, I wish I could give more than a 5 star review!
I STRONGLY recommend you choose Murray Motive to service your vehicle over other mechanics and here are my reasons why.
I needed an AC repair, as soon as I dropped off my vehicle I was greeted and serviced by some of the most genuine people who work in the car industry.
The entire time my truck was being serviced they were HONEST with me on only what I needed and could afford. I have been to many mechanics, and I have always dealt with other mechanics trying to up-charge me and rob me of my time and my money. Going to other mechanics in the past was MY mistake. I wish I could have known about Murray Motive SOONER!
On top of their exceptional customer service, I was lent a vehicle in great condition so I still had a vehicle to drive as they repaired mine. This was incredibly thoughtful and I was not expecting to use one of their vehicles.
Each phone call was detailed, honest, and they allowed me to decide which option of repair would work best for me.
Murray Motive, THANK YOU for your service and genuine character across your entire team. I am blessed to have had your help and service and will be back soon when I need more help and repair!

Trustworthy auto repair shop. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices compared to dealerships. They also have free courtesy cars if there is a major repair. Highly recommended.
