I purchased a 1998 automobile and instantly realized the need for me to have a back up camera. Stephen guided me through the process and led me to the right equipment to update my audio system and have the backup camera.
James and Josh were great on guiding this senior through the process and understanding the equipment!
Follow up Was professional and very detailed.

OTS installed my carry in front/rear door speakers, 2 subs/box, and 2 amps with interfaces. The install was super professional and the staff were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, reasonable, amazing, awesome and very recommendable. I would highly advise anyone needing anything sound related to give them your business. And they treated my brand new car like it was their mother's.

I was looking to update the head unit in my WRX, which I drive essentially just for car shows and car events. My previous Kenwood head unit was ten years old and had built in Garmin GPS, in which I was no longer able to update its road maps. I couldn't update the firmware in the head unit either because it wouldn't read the SD card, so the whole thing needed to be replaced.
I wanted something with Apple Car Play and I really like Kenwood quality. I found OTS Audio online and took a drive over on a Sunday afternoon to check things out. The store was clean, well-organized and they carried exactly what I wanted. The representative gave me several options and didn't try to talk me into anything more than what I needed, which was nice. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday.
I brought my Subaru in for the scheduled appointment and they got it right in. The installation took about as much time as they told me. As I was getting ready to go and they were explaining a few things to me about the new unit, we realized the tech had neglected to run the dongle cable for the USB power supply through the dash. The sales representative apologized and they took the car back in and rectified the issue immediately. Not an issue for me, mistakes happen, and they took care of it right away.
The new head unit looks great, works great and I'm really happy with it. The shop did a really clean installation and left my car as spotless as when it arrived. They were professional and I would most definitely go back again and recommend them to others.

I went to OTS Audio to have a radio replaced in my 1999 BMW, Steve and his staff installed a new radio in my car. Subsequently when I arrived home The convertible top no longer worked. My first thought was something was wrong with the car and visited a convertible top specialist, they advised me it was the radio installation which was causing the problem. I returned to see Steve at OTS and he had his people look at the problem. They found a simple reset of the top motor and everything works fine. I fully recommend The people at OTS for their great service and Steve for his patience.

All around excellent experience - from scheduling to completed installation. We purchased a dashcam front and rear cameras, they installed in the time and price they estimated. Installation was very professional and no issues. Would highly recommend them to install any after market car products.

Had Justin come out to our location and install some GPS' inside some vehicles and our golf carts. Made the process quick and easy, also had a good attitude and personality. I'd def recommend them.

OTS was great to work with for my boat stereo upgrade. Will was prompt to come by to offer his recommendations for what I needed. We worked together to hand pick the best system for me and a couple days later Mason & James did an awesome job installing. They even came back to make a couple final tweaks. I’d highly recommend these guys for your audio needs.

I recently contracted OTS Audio to pre wire a complete home audio / video system for my new custom built home on Clearwater Beach. Will and team did a great job completed on schedule and were easy to work with. OTS is very knowledgeable on all of the latest equipment and his prices were very reasonable. If you’re looking for high quality work at a fair and honest price OTS Audio is the way to go.

When I finally diagnosed the problem with my system - a faulty line out converter - Steven was able to get me in same day, not only install the best LOC on the market, they also cleaned up my wiring and tuned my new amp, all at a great price. I will be recommending them now on for all things audio
