Picked up the truck in the morning and was informed that they close at noon and to leave the truck outside the gate and drop the keys in the box if returned after 12pm. Just missed closing and returned the truck at 12:10pm where they requested and ensured us there was a camera to let them know the exact time the truck was returned so the could correctly charge me. Few days later upon receiving my final bill I see they had charged me for 2 days. I called, certain it was just a simple mistake they could fix. I was told they have camera footage of us returning the truck the next day after 2pm. I am baffled by the blatant dishonesty and willingness to scam. I will be filing fraud if this is not resolved. This will be the last time I use Penske and will always choose uhaul.

Great experience working with Penske for a recent move. Don at the Oldsmar location was very helpful and his attention to customer service was very much appreciated. Thanks team Penske in Oldsmar!

UPDATE: Penske followed up and provided some credits back for the inconvenience. Hopefully they will focus on quality in future.I did NOT like my first experience with Penske. 1. Truck was not available on the booked time. 2. They did NOT call and inform about the delay in advance --so we were sent back when we went there -- saying they would call when its ready. It spoiled my plan...and lost couple of hours in my previous moving plan 3. They should have honored other truck available (though slightly bigger truck) -- but they said it would cost extra. 4. Truck was pulled by Cobb saying they did not have the proper tag. Are you willing to manage these mess in-between your busy moving? then go for it!
