“I work for a very fast paced Property Management Company, with deadlines everyday and often without notice. Printing Depot comes to my rescue as well as those of my co workers more times than I can count daily. Never have they let us down and have often driven to our office from theirs sometimes as many as 3 times a day. There have been days that they have literally saved my sanity. Recently, I had a project that needed to get out the same day, 300 units, 10 pages. Gail, she is wonderful as are the people she works with. She was short staffed that day and said that she would not be able to meet my demands that day, but she would take the packets home and fold them by hand over the weekend and I would have them on Monday. “After a string of bad luck in this area, I was really happy with my decision to use this locations services for shipping and printing. They’re warm and smiling when you approach and that alone just seems rare in customer service these days. I honestly feel like customer service has taken a dip and been replaced with arrogance and rudeness. But not here. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like the people here were condescending or pushy. They were knowledgeable, made great decisions, and by the end of the short exchange had already started using my first name in conversation. That’s A+ service in my book.

Let me just say this. When you’re nice to your customers, they will spend more money and give you more business. I will make sure friends and family use this location for their services moving forward. This has been a great start of the day for me. Thank you.”
