Astrid provided me stellar customer service and follow-up service, especially when the whole storage process felt new to me. I had a convoluted situation with two storage rooms rented for my company by a (now former) employee. The units are located at the other PS location further west on Tampa Rd. which is typically only staffed by a person on a kiosk screen. Luckily, the individual on the kiosk directed me toward this location for the help I needed. A very gracious, patient and smart woman named Rosemary figured out just how to help me —-and saved me a significant amount of money as well on my new rental agreement. It was such a joy to come across someone like her when dealing with a mess I did not create, but kind of inherited. I appreciate her excellent customer service.

Just switched from Uhaul to this location for my storage needs and I'm 100% pleased!! Facilities are clean and safe and a great price. Best part is the phenomenal customer service that I received from Rose and Lorie. Definitely recommend!!

I have been using this public storage facility for a long time. Rosemary Rivera, who is the manager is always there working hard, keeping the facility clean, organized and secured. She has always treated me fairly and has great customer service skills. This is a great facility run by her. I am very happy and will continue to rent here for a long time! Thanks, Rosemary!

One of the best in the Storage industry. We had our stuff stored for almost 10 months and everyone there was fantastic! The buildings are all super duper clean, customer service is amazing and we felt safe having our items stored there. Thank you all for what you do. Part of the reason why I visited this location was the raving reviews and I was not disappointed. All the reviews spoke of Rosemary and how amazing she is and they did not lie. She is absolutely Amazing!! Thank you Rosemary for the positive experience. The facility is very clean and well kept.

I appreciate that I was able to do everything online, it was fast and easy also very simple, showed up for my unit the lock and key was waiting for me moved my stuff in same day! Was very impressed at how clean the unit was!

It hasn't been a good experience. I definitely heard critters running around when I opened the door. They don't pro rate! 1 day into the next month, and it's a full month charge. That is a mindset of profit over people, which is a Corporate Value. I'm sorry, Public Storage, but you can't pretend it's something else. The prices are ok, but check other places first.
