Jose was excellent. Coming from a traumatic experience with needles i was unfortunatelly very skeptical. I'm happy to report that he knocked it out! If you have even the slightest apprehension to needles whatsoever, I highly recommend Jose at this location. Please give this man a raise

Appointment or not, be prepared to wait a long time. Staff is not friendly."I'm surprised that despite numerous patients giving bad reviews, this location hasn't reevaluated its staffing. It's disheartening to receive such poor treatment; it felt like we were a burden to them."

Very slow, makes no difference if you have an appointment or not, it’s going to run over at least 15-30min.Do not leave the area, even though it says they will text you, they will move on if they call your name and then come back to you when it’s convenient for them.You know they’re slow when the elderly lady comes out and says “we are front line workers, have patience with us!”The UPS delivery driver stood at the door knocking and finally gave up saying “if you can’t answer I have to leave this at your door!” No one came and she knocked HARD!This place needs management review, if they can’t get the job done timely, then it’s time to hire more qualified employees.There is exactly 7 people in the waiting room and 6 standing at the door. Appointments are exactly 32 minutes behind. With the earliest on the screen at 10:24a and it’s 10:53aFYI I notified them they had a box outside and they still didn’t touch it smh, hope it’s not important!

Imagine 20 people crammed into a small room waiting in this is quest diagnostics inside Walmart, made an appointment watching people go before me way past my appointment time. If you didn’t have covid when you got here you got it now

The computer for signing in didn't work right. The staff didn't know that I and some of the other patients had signed in. Service was slow. I waited well over an hour before I left without getting my lab work done. Came back the next day, and this time everything went smoothly.

I get blood drawn and tested dozens of times a year. That means I have been to quite a few Quest and LabCorp facilities. This facility was super clean, time efficient, and friendly staff. That is all you could ask for. The dark side of me considered posting a bad review (only for a second) in hopes it might inspire less people to come this way and keep this gem to myself. That would be selfish. Top notch ?

Make an appointment! I was in and out in less than 30 min. Regina was my phlebotomist and she was super sweet and comforting, because I hate needles. She was gentle and talked to me the whole time to keep me distracted. Good location, especially for being inside a Walmart.

This place and people working in there are completely unprofessional and rude. I came for the first time blood drawing with my 9 years old son who was completely stressed about that, I had an appointment at 3:40, the place supposed to be open till 6pm but lady said they are closing at 4pm. I checked in in the kiosk providing insurance card etc it was 3:50 when I was done and the doctor sent them fax with the lab order and confirmed me that the fax went through. This lady in Quest just said that they are closing and kicked us out. What a horrible experience, unprofessional and traumatic for my son who now is even more afraid for the blood drowning.
