I have made several purchases over the last few months and seem to always get to deal with sales associate John who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Every question is answered with a genuine desire to help the customer make the right decision. Going forward I will continue to make all purchases from this SW store based on my repeated positive experience(s).

I went to the Oldsmar Sherwin Williams and was treated well. They answered any questions I had about my project. I re-stained my pool deck with H & C Colortop concrete stain with Sherwin Williams Balanced Beige paint color. It turned out great! Product applies so well. Very happy with the finished look!

5 Star experience deserves 5 Star review. I called John today about a tint problem I had with (4) 5G pails of Loxon XP. This is not inexpensive paint. The original problem was not Sherwin Williams's fault at all. So I wasn't sure SW would help. But I talked to John & he said to bring them in and he would see what he could do. But when I talked to him over the phone, I thought the paint was still original "white" but it wasn't. After John pulled up the formula of colors for the paint in my buckets (which was a very very light tint of gray), I could see there was potential, with risk, to add the additional tint colors for my desired color (which was darker). John was very communicative at setting my expectations that doing this could backfire and that SW could not be liable since the paint apparently had been lightly tinted before I got it. I accepted the risk and John experimented with the 1st bucket - SUCCESS!!! The very small 6 second count of a color that was not part of my color formula was insignificant. John was my hero today. SW rocks!!!!!! I know better now but this situation really turned out and SW was key to that. Thank you Oldsmar SW and John, I am sorry I took you away from your lunch when I showed up.

My wife and I came in to make hopefully final selections for our house paint. Nicole was very helpful and let us take our time debating color choices. We bought some affordable sample paint so we can see whether our choices look right in the sun and shade and such.Selecting paint colors was fun! We shall see if we chose well!

We need our house painted and it was time to select a few colors, buy some sample paint, and confirm our choices! We popped in well before closing time on Sunday and found our selection of paint color chips. We managed to down select to the critical few. We are excited about the possibilities!Nicole was very helpful, letting us know what we can get as far as samples and small paint brushes. This will let us paint the colors on the exterior and make sure we selected well! Thanks Nicole for being easy to work with! I know my wife appreciated it!Hopefully, soon, our house will look like brand new! Guess what color we selected for the front door!?Life is fun when you are picking paint colors!
