The company I work for has used Sunshine Posts for years and I have to say I am always very impressed at how quick they work and their customer service is great. They are always quick to respond and it is appreciated!

Horrible customer service. Been a customer for 2 years now. To begin with, they charge you $2 monthly for each post after the $30-something installment. I ordered 2 posts to be installed to a hidden property for easier guidance ($100) and was promised to be called once they would be out there, so I could tell them where the posts should be installed. They never called me and then the posts were installed WRONGLY on wrong spots. So I called them and had them come out AGAIN to correct THEIR mistake and was charged another $58. Very upset, I called them and was  threatened to loose my account and all my spots on where I have their posts. I asked them if it was worth loosing a customer for $58 and was told; "We can't please everybody, so we don't care". Horrible, horrible customer service. Use another company!

Utter-ably terrible customer service. They recently removed one of my sign panels while using their post. Upon removal, they take my sign panel and claim not to have it. Their excuse is my account is set up for "post only" and not panel storage. BULLSPIT!!!!! My advice, avoid them like the flu !!!!!
