An absolutely amazing place. I would give it 1000 stars if I could! Our son started here and just 4 months old and lots of tears have been shed having to leave as we relocate out of state. Every day this place is filled with smiles and warm hugs! Everyone in the office is amazing—Ms. Kristin and Ms. Erin take the time to get to know every single child, parent and grandparent. You’re greeted not just by name but genuine interest in getting to know you!
Special shoutout to our favorite teachers Ms. Gracie and Ms. Gemma! My son would practically jump out of my arms towards Ms. Gemma at drop offs. They were an absolute godsend in providing special care as we struggled with some feeding/GI issues early on. It’s just the best place to know that your child is not only going to be safe, healthy, engaged, and educated but also loved!

We couldn’t be happier with The Learning Experience !
From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our child would be in capable hands. The staff are not only professional and experienced, but also genuinely caring and attentive. They take the time to get to know each child and create a safe environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun.
Our child looks forward to going every day and always comes home with a smile, new stories, and creative artwork. We’ve seen incredible growth in social skills, confidence, and curiosity. The daily updates and photos are such a thoughtful touch and keep us connected to what’s happening during the day.
The facility is clean, bright, and well-organized, with plenty of toys, books, and outdoor playtime. Most importantly, we trust the team completely. Knowing our child is happy and well cared for brings us so much peace of mind.
We’re incredibly grateful to have found The Learning Experience.

This school is absolutely unbelievable! Our daughter has grown so much across the board. Most importantly, the staff consistently model kind and caring behavior, which is transcended to our daughter. We could not be more grateful!

TLE Oldsmar is amazing! Miss Kristen and Miss Erin do such a great job running the school And I could not be more proud of the job they have done. My son started there when he was three months old with Mrs. Hema Seven years …. who I must say is my favorite. However, everyone of his teachers has been amazing. My daughter started when she was two and just graduated from VPK yesterday and essentially had all of the same teachers as my son which is amazing that the consistency of teachers there has remained over the years. My son who is going into second grade still goes in and gives all of his teachers hugs❤️. If you are looking for a great school in this area, this is the one!

My son started with the Learning Experience about 5 months ago and we love it! He has grown so much, his teachers are amazing and the staff is great. He has developed so many new skills and we are so glad he attends here!

It's always hard to leave your baby in someone else's care, but all of the teachers at TLE Oldsmar always made us feel comfortable. They cared for our daughter like she was their own and always kept us up to date and shared lots of pictures throughout the day. It was a hard decision to switch daycare when we moved since our daughter had such a great bond with all of the teachers and we felt so comfortable leaving her in their care. They always do such a great job!

Great place to take your babies to big kids all the staff is helpful and caring the school itself is awesome place to learn and explore! I’m glad I was able to be apart such an amazing school for my son

We have been with TLE for the last 7 years. Starting with my son as a newborn and then with my daughter at the age of two. The facility is secure and cleanly, which is a minimum. The curriculum and skill building are also great. But the stand apart is the teachers and staff. Starting in the newborn room with Mrs Gracie and Mrs Gema, who care for each baby as if they were their own grandbaby. As a first time mom, these women showed immense love and care which eased my nerves when I dropped my 3 month old in the morning to head off to work. This environment has continued through the years. Now wrapping up our second round of VPK with Mrs Shaun and Mrs Julie, my kids are/were more than prepared for Kindergarten both educationally and socially. I highly recommend TLE and we will miss them, they have become family.

If I could give 10* I would!This place has it all. Friendly environment, super super clean, organized, teachers have been there for awhile, friendly staff, structured, and they provide the food that is made in their kitchen and so much more! My son came from a school where he was getting bit a lot..which then he picked up the bad habit unfortunately. He has not bitten or got bitten once here! That goes to show you its how the school is ran from teachers to director to curriculum. A++ HERE Firm believer you get what you pay for. This place is worth every penny! So glad we found this location and school ?

This is a great place for your child to come and learn. The teachers and the environment are great. I am an employee here and I just love seeing the smiling faces on all the children... I love coming to work each day!!!

I was unsure about starting my son in daycare and so I pushed off his start day month after month and the TLE team was so patient with me. They were so warm and welcoming once we started and unimaginably flexible with our needs. I’m grateful that they made this transition so easy for us!

My son Lucas has been there for close to a year and very happy with his progress and all the attention from there staff. They go above and beyond continuously. Awesome job! Lucas is always happy to go to see his teachers (Ms. Vivian and Ms. Franca), they are AMAZING teachers!
