  This is my favorite gas station but they made big mistake taking out ice cream machine. My son loved your icream he's been asking about that I've been regular for years not good. Everyone is nice there accept Jack he should be retrained as he doesn't know how to treat people

  The Thorntons came to Tampa Bay that was my number one stop due to they had varieties of sodas in a fountain drinks my favorite was a ginger ale's due to stomach problems always stopped in there and always grabbed one for me and my wife mostly maybe because I got offers and a coach my stomach I have to stay away from all kinds of starches and grapefruits oranges and tomato juices on medication for my officer so I can't take and drink really any kind of sodas even because my diabetes I'm all screwed up had diabetes when I was a child did not know it until now when you grow up you never know anything until you get to know it anyhow get to the story you go to Thorntons to get a ginger ale and a fountain drink forget it they took it away they don't care about anybody health they just worry about money money so I am stopped going to Thorntons I have to find another station that sells Ginger ales and a fountain drinks if they don't sell it I just get gas and go

  I recently moved down the street and stopped at thorntons this morning to purchase a disposable vape. I asked the cashier specifically if they sold “nicotine vapes” and was sold a product that turned out to contain a synthetic nicotine. The packaging was misleading, and I only realized after returning home and trying it. When I returned to explain the situation, the manager was dismissive and refused to offer a refund, exchange, or even store credit.
  
  This isn’t just about bad customer service — the product itself seems to be in a questionable legal and health gray area, which makes it even worse that the staff misled me about what I was buying. As a customer who asked clearly for a nicotine vape, I expected honesty and at least a willingness to make things right. Instead, I was brushed off. Mistakes happen and there is a good possibility the woman who sold me the device had no idea either, so this I can understand, but what I cannot sympathize with is the lack of accountability after the fact.
  Very disappointing experience and won’t be coming back.

  I hope this place recovers. The prior management made it feel more welcoming. As of right now it is turned into just a gas station versus somewhere you could go in and actually know who is taking care of you. The two rays of sunshine in this establishment are the older heavyset. Gentlemen that does checkout. Always delightful and does his best to make his customers happy. Also, the Hispanic female that is making the meals is delightful to talk to in the morning.

  The staff at Thorntons is always kind and pleasant to interact with. The store is kept clean (although, I have not used their restrooms so I can not speak on that). I enjoy their rewards program that is only signing up with your phone number to get $0.05c off per gallon, plus other rewards. The gas prices are also reasonable compared to other stations.

  Google maps says they have ethanol free fuel, they do not. They have Ethanol 85 fuel for the flex vehicles. Please fix, Mr. Google!
