Disgusting!! Car was dirtier after the wash (dirt likely was on the brushes from prior cars or pickup truck and came off on my nice car) and my car had multiple small scratches also likely from their cheap commercial brushes.

BE WARNED, the place is BOGUS: 1st: the ignorant charged my card (for a single wash when it was supposed to be for a membership (something I did not authorize)); 2nd the car came out dirty, wet, and with a soapy film; 3rd: a notably inconvenient location to get in and out of. Then when you call their customer service you get to hear all them speaking with all the other victims in the background and here’s your resolution: we will put in the complaint…

Don’t fall for there scam if you’re not a member. I went in for a single wash and let the attendant help me with my payment. My mistake. I only wanted a single wash and no membership plan. Without my knowledge he signed me up for a monthly membership for $37 a month. Total scam and bad business practice. Be careful and check your bank statements. I never agreed to or signed an agreement.

The location is the main draw for me, about 5 minutes from my house, or on the way to or from my son’s school so super convenient to get the monthly club membership. When I had a small car it did a reasonable job with cleaning except the front always had stuff I had to clean off afterwards. Now I have a slightly larger vehicle and every time I wash it there is so much soap and water left all over the back of the car I have to get out and try drying it off with all the cloths they have out that are wet already. Never any dry ones out. I found a new car wash that’s a bit out of the way that I tried today and when I pulled up to the vacuum area and got out my car was free of soap and had very little water drops left all over it. Took 10 minutes to finish cleaning the inside and drying the outside. I will be ending my monthly membership here and going there from now on

This car wash location engages in deceptive practices. Attendants will offer a "free" month of car washes for just 83 cents more, but they are actually enrolling you in an ongoing monthly membership with recurring charges. When you try to cancel the unwanted monthly plan, they claim you agreed to it. Based on other customer reviews, this appears to be a common scam at this establishment. When you call their customer service, they will tell you that they can cancell your membership but will not remove the monthly charge. I'm in the process of disputting it with my credit card but these tactics are unacceptable. I will not be returning to this car wash again!!!

Early mornings can be busy, late morning or early afternoon is the fastest. Nice vacuums are provided. Wash quality is unmatched.

Beware the one month special for unlimited car washes for a month for the cost of one single wash. They will tack on a recurring charge. This was done without my knowledge. Nothing was said at the time of sale that this would be recurring.

I’m particular about car washes so I can keep my car looking beautiful and this place doesn’t disappoint. My car comes out just as clean, bright and shiny as it did the first day. The staff is also friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for a better combo than that. Highly recommend!

Everything basically is automated and you have to vacuum yourself. I had a lot of spots all over the car that was not removed and I had to hand clean at their vacuum spot. I usually use East Lake and it’s spotless afterwards and they vacuum.
