I just started with Tracy but she is so knowledgeable and is really helping me perfect my form and gaining my strength back. She even helps write up your macro plan! I look forward to each of our trainings and man do I feel it afterwards! If you're just starting out or feel like you've plateaued in your work out routine she is the trainer for you! She's going to make it big one day ����

From time to time I am prone to pulling a muscle due to inadequate stretching prior to my workouts. Thankfully I can always shoot Tracy a quick text, even though she lives 140 miles away from me, and always feel confident that she will provide the proper stretch to best expedite my recovery. She is very thorough and has a huge heart filled with compassion!

I've worked with Tracy for a year, she keeps it real, started with 30 minute workout 3 days a week now 5 days. Different program daily. Tracy is amazing keeps us interested. We have our class size from 3 to16. She motivates us.

I was never excited to work out until I started working out with Tracy! She's very patient, and knowledgeable about everything. She pushes you to your potential while educating you about the things you are doing and why they work. The best part is that she makes you feel like you can do it and makes every session personal so you don't feel like your being "trained", but that your working out with a friend who knows alot about what is good for you
