Two very helpful gentleman were very helpful with the process of renewing my passport, got my picture taken and everything went so smoothly. I would definitely come here again for a renewal. Very polite and helpful.

Man I was looking forward to my delivery all day while I was at work. It said my package was delivered (in the morning) and signed by a worker there. I go there after a long day of work/long drive and nothing. Don’t understand, paying money for a p.o and can’t even get my package the day of delivery. ??

Visited the oldsmar post office today for passport services. this review is specific to JOE the passport agent who helped me and my children. He was incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He was able to help us with our passport needs in a much shorter time than anticipated and he did so with a smile. Honestly I cannot recall ever having interacted with a government employee as great as Joe. We need more of him out there and the oldsmar post office is lucky to have him!

I want to give a big thank you to Vinny at the Oldsmar Post office. He was so helpful to explain some forwarding issues I am having and took the time to help me. Also, since I come to Florida for the winter I have many interactions with the Oldsmar Post Office and find it to be efficient and the employees courteous! Thank you!!!

Staff is nice, manager just walks around to act and look busy, doesn't help the team when the line is out the door. Also they need signs to help answer common questions, like what type of box gets special shipping, what kind of tape to use, what needs a hand written return address. Also they have tables for you to box your own packages but no tape anywhere to use unless you buy a box from them that has the tape on it.

Avoid this Post Office, and if you haven’t use this location make sure you get tracking on anything you send out. I had two separate items NOT arrive at this same location in a two week timeline.

I had a fantastic experience at the Oldsmar Post Office, thanks to Jason.Despite the holiday rush, he went above and beyond by accepting my Christmas cards as 'letters' when his colleagues deemed them packages. Jason's attention to detail saved me $40 on postage for cards heading to two EU countries.His exceptional service made a stressful day much brighter. Highly appreciate his dedication!

This Post Office is terrible. We regularly get other peoples mail, and sometime, they never show up at all! Today 10/9. I have letters waiting to go out… no one delivered or picked today in East Lake Woodlands- Oldsmar. This has been going one for at least 5 years. Can we please get someone in there to run this place better?
