Very pleased. Have been going to a dealership for almost 35 years. Have purchased and serviced all my cars at this dealership. Will now be going to Wilson's. They are trustworthy and honest. Can't praise this company enough!

Went in for what I thought was a bad alternator, but they said it was a cheap battery terminal fix. They could've easily taken advantage of me because I have no idea what I'm doing, but they were honest.Service: Electrical repair

Went into Wilson, the gentleman said there was nothing wrong with the alignment on my 2014 Chrysler Town and country. possibly a strut issue. gave me a price set me out the door didn't charge me a dime. I'll certainly will be back to this place when I need an alignment on one of my other five cars.

Two separate experiences at Wilson's. First: New tires for the old Accord. I had always purchased Michelin tires in the past for my 15 yo Accord. I liked the quiet ride, the good gas mileage and great performance in the rain. Well Wilson's Tire & Automotive sold me a less expensive set of tires and they are JUST AS GOOD AS THE MICHELINS as far as I'm concerned. These tires have been on my car for 8 months.Second: Oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid. I'll just give it to you straight. Wilson's is honest, quick, easy and very reasonably priced.

I made an appt the day prior for service. There wasn’t any pressure to buy or upgrade services like most places. Clean waiting area, and great customer service. David @ the front desk & Jose, the technician, both kept me informed while I waited. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Service: Tires

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Thought I had found a reliable and trustworthy garage but when push came to shove, they would not admit to or own their mistakes. Instead, they tried to blame a different garage. This place cost me extra money, LOTS of wasted time, and didn't get the job done. In fact, they broke things instead and were cowardly in that they never even responded to me when I laid out all the details and proof about how they screwed up (see below). Awful business practices here. Hope they fizzle out and die someday. I'm only posting this review because no one even bothered to try to make things right. No phone call, no follow-up, no apology, nothing. Below is the message I sent them several weeks ago:"Hello,In the last week of April I called and asked for the following tires (3 of them) to be installed on my BMW X1: 225 50 R18 99V, extra load reinforced, run flats. I came in on Tuesday May 2nd to get it done, and one tire was installed (front driver side), but that tire you installed was NOT a run flat. The BMW dealership confirmed for me the same day that the tire was not a run flat. If you'll recall, I had to go to the dealership because you pointed out to me that two lug bolts--one on each of the rear wheels--were stripped/warped and stuck (you couldn't remove them). You also mentioned that everything was "way too tight." This is why I didn't get the other two tires installed by Wilson's at the time; you told me to come back after getting the bolts removed by the dealership.I keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work done on my car, to include invoices. The last time my rear wheels were removed was by Wilson's on January 18th 2023 when you replaced my brake pads and rotors for both axels (see attached invoice). The only other time my rear wheels have been removed since I moved back to this area nearly two years ago was when you did a tire rotation on December 18th 2021 (see attached invoice). In other words, you are the only garage that has removed my rear wheels over the past 18 months.Other than that, the rear wheels and those bolts have not been touched by anyone, to include the recent work done at another garage to replace the front control arms and bushings. That work involved the front axel and did not require or involve removal of the rear wheels. During our brief conversation on May 2nd about the warped bolts, however, you suggested to me that the other shop may have caused the damage, which I find very unsettling now, because it's clear to me that the warped and stripped condition of those bolts could not have been caused by anyone other than your mechanics. The BMW dealership had to drill out those bolts to remove and replace them. The cost was $437.50 (before taxes and shop charges), as detailed in the attached invoice. You also cost me a lot of extra time and hassle (it took the dealership two full days to remove the bolts), and I had to miss work. I am not accounting for that lost time and money here. You had quoted me a total of $1,345 for the three tires and installation at Wilson's. 1/3 of that is $448.33 (the work you did). Considering my bolt repairs cost almost exactly the same as the non-run flat tire I didn't ask for, you can consider us even.I will not be returning to have the remaining tires installed, nor doing business there any longer.Good luck to you. Feel free to call if you'd like to discuss further."
